Hello there! My clients have experienced success with me in working through career problems, relationship/attachment issues, self-esteem, panic, anxiety, emotion regulation, neurodivergence, multicultural relations, and parenting concerns. I help you establish tangible goals while exploring deeper patterns and insights. My clients typically work through pressing matters that brought them to therapy on a more frequent basis, titrating down once stability has been established and adjusting to longer-term needs. I am open to seeing any client who is appropriate for talk therapy. I conceptualize clients holistically, meet folx where they're at and advocate for the role you ask me for. I specialize in ADHD and ASD-related issues and utilize a CBT-based orientation. I welcome feedback and process openly with clients to establish an authentic relationship.
