Welcome! Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone. I strive to create a supportive, affirming space where you feel seen, safe, and empowered. Together, we’ll work toward healing, growth, and a deeper understanding of yourself. My approach is person-centered, collaborative. I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), relational therapy, and somatic practices to help you connect with your inner world, shift unhelpful patterns, and foster greater self-trust, emotional connection, and resilience. I specialize in working with LGBTQIA+ individuals and those exploring identity, processing trauma, or navigating major life transitions. I am deeply committed to identity-affirming care and bring awareness of the cultural, relational, and systemic forces that shape mental health and lived experience.
