My passion is bringing hope and healing to people facing the many challenges found in our daily lives. We live in an uncertain world and often our resilience and emotional health is tested. We endure broken relationships, chronic illnesses, abuses, loss of loved ones, school and job challenges along with life transitions. Many of us have now been impacted by larger events such as the pandemic, natural disasters, and community violence. It is my belief and my experience, that with every obstacle or adversity we face, we posses an underlying reliance that enables us to conquer those challenges and feel confident in managing our lives.
