Finding a therapist with the right experience and training isn't as easy. As a licensed Clinical Psychologist with over 16 years of experience both doing therapy and teaching other therapists, I have worked with a variety of clients to improve their mood, relationships, and overall lives. I use a combination of evidence-supported techniques in therapy and clients tend to find me when they are looking for a direct and non-judgmental approach. I find that incorporating Zen philosophy into the process helps us remember that now is the most important time. I am a DBT-Linehan Board of Certification Certified Clinician and an expert in CBT, Borderline Personality Disorder, anxiety, PTSD, OCD, and depression. I am an Associate faculty member at Vanderbilt University, have served as a trainer and consultant for a variety of hospitals, schools, and military organizations.
