I take a casual but direct approach to therapy. I primarily work with individuals 18+ experiencing low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, or trauma (PTSD). The negative beliefs we hold about ourselves can create a false narrative that impacts our decisions, responses, and relationships. I help you unpack those beliefs in a compassionate way that builds self-worth and confidence. I use your hobbies, passions, and dreams as methods for you to explore the childhood experiences that have impacted your current life and relationships.
