I have speciality training with the National Center for PTSD in numerous therapies not only for Trauma-but also Depression, Anxiety, Sleep & Stress Reduction. I individualize my tapestry of clinical skills to assess & address your unique needs & therapy goals. My approach is eclectic—infusing evidence based therapies with humanist approaches to create healing and empowerment. I help clients cultivate a coherent narrative of core issues so they can create meaning, & gain insight into themselves & those around them.
