I have more than 20 years working in a variety of outpatient and inpatient mental health settings including private practice, psychiatric day programs, nursing home and inpatient hospital. I work with adults with a wide variety of needs ranging from such topics as depression, anxiety, life transitions, relationship/family stressors and caregiver challenges. We will work together to develop a treatment plan that suits your needs as I utilize a variety of therapy styles including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic therapies, Culturally Sensitive, Family/Marital, Strength-Based, and Mindfulness-Based.
