Hi, I’m Stephanie. I’m a LMFT specializing in work with individuals and couples. I’m Gottman Level 2 certified and trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy, and I use these evidence-based approaches to help clients increase self compassion and rediscover joy. I enjoy supporting individuals and couples through anxiety, depression, grief, relational concerns, communication struggles and anything else life brings. I find helping couples rebuild trust, improve communication, and reconnect with one another deeply meaningful. My aim is to use authenticity, humor, and my training to create a compassionate, safe space for growth
