My style is supportive, non-judgemental, and collaborative. I am an empathic listener. I believe that emotional wounds from the past live in the present, effecting how we relate and respond to people and events throughout life. Psychotherapy has the potential to heal wounds and offer insight. I believe the best therapists are warm, well trained, and have impeccable boundaries. I aim to be this kind of counselor. I am a certified individual psychotherapist with additional training to counsel couples/families. My work is conducted weekly, ranging from a short to long term basis.
