I have experience working with adults and adolescents struggling with mental illness and addiction. I am skilled in grief and loss, women's issues, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, addictions, and relationships. I utilize a holistic and strength-based approach to counseling and am skilled in a variety of therapeutic techniques.
