I’m a direct, no-fluff therapist who’s here to challenge, motivate, and guide you toward the growth you’re truly capable of. I see therapy as a partnership — one where we dig deep into patterns, get honest about what’s holding you back, and build practical tools to move you forward. If you’re ready to stretch beyond comfortable and into real progress, we’ll likely work well together. I use a mix of supportive techniques, mindfulness, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), always through a feminist and affirming lens. I specialize in working with women, fellow therapists, and members of the queer and trans communities — particularly around anxiety, systemic issues, and infertility or pregnancy loss.
