Hi, my name is Stephanie. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I enjoy working with a diverse range of clients and draw from multiple treatment modalities to meet each person’s unique needs. I believe helping others is my purpose, and I am deeply passionate about supporting people in living meaningful, authentic lives. I have a strong curiosity for learning and enjoy exploring culture, art, music, history, and the many experiences that shape who we are. Life is meant to be lived, not just survived—and that belief guides my work as a therapist. Creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered is extremely important to me.
