Are you feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, fear, grief, or depression? Have you experienced trauma that leaves you feeling stuck? I work with teens and adults who find themselves using unhelpful patterns of coping with their trauma and emotions, often feel disconnected or scattered, and struggle to be present with others. Some may even experience physical or somatic symptoms of their trauma that feel outside of their control. My role is to help you gain insight into why you’re feeling this way and to guide you as you develop the skills you need to move forward. Healing is possible; there is hope for your life.
