My name is Stephanie Woodman and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I specialize in working with all ages who struggle with trauma, anxiety, depression, relationships, and poor self-esteem. I give a safe space to share thoughts and feelings while providing unconditional positive regard. I collaborate with you to match coping skills with needs and help you Iive a more productive, fulfilled life. We start with getting to know each other and I will meet you where you are at. My practice is unique because I aim to make my clients feel heard, seen, and understood. My passion comes from my work being my purpose in life.
