Welcome! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker located in the Watertown, NY area, though I can see any clients in NYS as I conduct therapy through a secure Telehealth platform. I have many years of experience working with pre-teens, teens, and adults. My goal is to create a safe and comfortable space for anyone to be able to discuss and explore stressors related to anxiety, depression, relationship issues, school issues, and other life adjustments. I utilize a client-centered and trauma-focused approach to provide psychotherapy, including using skills of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy.
