With almost a decade of experience in therapeutic practices, I am enthusiastic about fostering growth and healing. My journey began in a unique way—as a professional astrologer—where I developed a deep appreciation for the complexities of human experience. This passion inspired me to pursue a counseling degree from the California Institute of Integral Studies, a school known for its focus on transpersonal psychology. Later, I became trained in somatic EMDR and hypnotherapy, techniques that unlock the power of the subconscious mind. I believe that the challenges we face in life serve as vital components of our soul's evolution.
