I am a licensed professional counselor who has a heart for giving clients room to be themselves. With a passion for mindfulness, I focus on the power of relaxation and being present. I believe that thoughts and emotions are powerful things, and I help clients identify how they influence daily life. With a cognitive behavioral and strength focused background, I have the desire to help people be the best person they can be. I have a huge heart for working with the LGBT+ population and those who experience depression and anxiety. I am trained in EMDR and love exploring how past hurt influences the day to day.
