My goal is to create an empathic, comfortable, and professional environment for my clients. I work with individuals who struggle with long term mental health issues such as Major Depression, Generalized Anxiety, PTSD, or are just having difficulty adjusting to a life change or relationship issues. I love my work and enjoy helping others work through life's many challenges. I care about taking a non-judgmental approach in evaluating and treating my clients, and focus on helping you identify your own personal strengths so that you are better prepared and enabled to find solutions.
