My name is Stephany Romero, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with ten years of experience in mental health. I have assisted individuals in dealing with various subjects, including stress and anxiety, coping skills and stress management, grief and loss, and suicide awareness. I recently received a certification as a Grief and Loss Specialist and continue to work with clients struggling with grief and loss, trauma, and depression. The most common theoretical approaches I use are psychodynamic, problem-solving, narrative, cognitive behavior therapy, and person-centered approaches.
