No matter the conditions, clients who experience the greatest benefit from counseling are the ones who come prepared to learn and grow. Anyone who steps into my office with such an eagerness will also leave having gained something. I am not fixed on any one specific method and adapt my approach based on client need and personality. In addition to counseling, I also offer psychological and educational evaluations. Testing covers a range of ADHD, learning disability, psychological, educational, neurocognitive, and functional capacity evaluations. My goal is to create more effective ways of relating to these experiences. I follow ACT and other mindfulness philosophies while also building a strong working relationship as the mechanism of change.
