Managing a family is hard work! Especially those with neurodiversity and disabilities. I aim to help children (5+), individuals, couples, and families discover self-acceptance during difficult times. I have experience working with individuals and families with different levels of neurodiversity (ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia, etc.) who want to understand and appreciate their uniqueness. I bring a curious and playful energy to my work, creating a space where clients feel seen and understood. With a foundation in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), I support parents and families in deepening their connections and healing relational wounds.
