My path to counseling has been unconventional. I began as a neuroscience researcher at McGill University, studying emotional regulation and how trauma affects the brain and nervous system. Over time, I realized understanding the science wasn't the same as helping people heal. I discovered I could bring together scientific understanding with compassionate therapy. I specialize in anxiety, trauma, and life transitions using Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic therapy, and nervous system regulation. My approach helps clients understand how trauma lives in both mind and body, creating pathways to healing.
