I'm an experienced therapist with a masters degree in psychology and a doctorate in marriage and family therapy. I provide counseling for individuals, couples, and families struggling with relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, stress, decision-making, and life adjustments. I work with clients on relationship enhancement, personal growth, communication, conflict resolution, intimacy, and goal-setting. I also assist clients with relationship struggles, behavioral/emotional issues, and blended/step families. In addition to seeing clients in Lubbock, TX, I provide confidential online video therapy for clients in Texas & Nevada. My experience working with couples and treating infidelity is supported by my research as a faculty member of the Marriage and Family Therapy Program at Texas Tech University. I also have training in the treatment of sexual/pornography addictions and betrayal trauma for spouses and partners.
