I believe in the importance of value-based living. I believe that we live better when we are living within our value system. Living out of alignment exacerbates trauma and makes every day live-ability worse. Things like the “should” and “should nots” can be really harmful to authentic living. I enjoy working with clients open to change, being insightful and ready to jump into therapy. I assess readiness based on collaboration and conversations. Trust and rapport are a core foundation to my approach to therapy. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with extensive life experience. My approach is compassionate and client-centered, tailored to meet your unique needs.
