I have been working with children, families, individuals and couples in different configurations for more than 30 years. My approach is strength based and collaborative - my goal is to truly hear and support each person I work with whether individually or in a family / couple. My "wheelhouse" is working with children, families and adults who have experienced developmental trauma. I use neuroscience, attachment and developmental approaches to work with trauma and the range of ways it impacts people. I'm trained in Flash Technique and EMDR and in the process of getting certified in EMDR. I provide support, assessment and education to my clients using this approach / lens. In addition I also do trauma re-processing work using Flash Technique and EMDR with clients who are ready to take this step.
