I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with nearly 25 years of experience in the behavioral health field. I earned my undergraduate degree from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and my Master’s in Social Work degree from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities. I am board-approved to provide supervision to unlicensed LPCC and LGSW clinicians. I work with individuals ages 14 and up, couples, and families. I am trained in Brain Spotting, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Bowenian Therapy and Motivational Interviewing.
