As a therapist specializing in addiction, I offer a compassionate and evidence-based approach to help individuals better understand “substance use disorder”. My personal and professional experience assist me in guiding clients to make healthy choices and building a positive healthy lifestyle for their future. I believe in creating a safe and supportive environment where clients feel heard and understood. Using techniques like Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and 12 Step Recovery practices. I work collaboratively with clients to identify triggers, develop coping skills, and achieve meaningful goals. I have been actively involved for 28+ years in the field of addiction. I have worked for many years professionally in major detoxes and rehabs as a Primary Therapist. I have been honored to receive the calls for guidance from family and friends. This passion combined with studies and degrees has led to being a Licensed Alcohol & Drug Counselor 1.
