Hi, I’m Stephen Montelepre, I offer a space that is welcoming, compassionate, and grounded in honesty. I don’t sugarcoat the work, but I walk beside you every step of the way. I work with adolescents, young adults, and couples who are ready to face life’s struggles and grow through them, not around them. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, ADHD, depression, relationship issues, or a tough life transition, I use a mix of CBT, person-centered therapy, and when appropriate and welcomed, a faith-based perspective. My sessions are real, down-to-earth, and based in the realities of your life, not abstract theories or lectures.
