A lot of people choose to work with me because they find themselves at a crossroads. Loss, burnout, anxiety, heartbreak can demand a new way forward. Especially when you’re suffering, it’s often overwhelming to do that alone. Therapy with me is a place to settle in and come to terms with what hurts. Another dimension of the pain is often all of the things you’ve never felt the trust or safety to say to anyone else in your life. At times guilt, shame and secrets can devastate families, relationships or even the capacity for basic enjoyment.
