I specialize in individual counseling for adults, offering a safe space to talk, express self, process, and improve, including the following life issues: anxiety, depression, addictions, guilt, shame, trauma from strict religions, fears, partner/spouse relationship issues, relationship issues with others, parent relationships, sibling relationships, partner relationship distress, religious oppression, religious issues and conflict, emotional disturbances, and adverse life experiences. Emphasizing that individuals create their own meaning and essence through choices, actions, and personal responsibility. Eleven plus years in this field of work and a seasoned background of life experiences. I specialize in individual counseling for adults and couples counseling. I emphasize in cognitive behavioral therapy, and solutions focused therapy to assist in the processing and resolving life blocks which occur that can keep you from your full potential of who you are.
