Hello! My name is Stephen Oliver (he/him), and I enjoy working with clients who are looking for support with anxiety/overall stress, depression and attention/concentration difficulties. I believe in meeting clients where they are at, creating a supportive and trusted environment, and helping individuals develop comfortability in therapy while working on concrete skills for handling the challenges of life.
