Welcome — I’m glad you’re here. I’m a firefighter and therapist with over 15 years in emergency services, including experience as a paramedic and full-time firefighter. I understand the unique weight that comes with high-intensity work — the stress, the fatigue, the emotional push to keep going — and how it can affect relationships, identity, and well-being. You don’t have to carry it alone. My journey into therapy grew from my own lived experience within responder culture. I know how hard it can be to reach out for support. I will walk with you to unpack what’s been hard, help you understand how stress shows up in your life, & build practical tools that fit your world.
