I have multiple years of experience working as a SUD counselor focusing on relapse prevention, stress management, and individual development. Since working with Victory Bay, I have gained experience working with individuals on their trauma history and how to manage stressors related to trauma. Religious Studies courses gave me a better understanding of different religions and cultures, enabling me to better connect with individuals. Philosophy courses broadened my perspective and gave new insight into Existential Psychology. These have become important keystones within my counseling approach.
