My ideal clients are elementary-aged children who are feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, big emotions, or challenges at school. They may struggle to understand why they feel the way they do or how to manage intense feelings in the moment. Their families often want support in helping them build healthy coping skills, strengthen emotional regulation, and improve daily functioning at home and in school. These children—and their caregivers—are looking for guidance, clarity, and effective tools that help them feel more confident, capable, and connected.
