I work with adults navigating ADHD, anxiety, trauma, relationships, burnout, spiritual abuse, life transitions, and issues related to sexuality. Many of my clients are caregivers, creatives, ministry professionals, or individuals healing from church hurt and faith-based trauma. I offer a calm space to reflect, process what’s unclear or painful, and move toward healing – at your pace and in a way that honors your values. Sessions are available in South City, Creve Coeur, or online across Missouri. I am a Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor (PLPC), working under supervision. My approach is warm, collaborative, and clinically grounded. I can offer faith-integrated counseling for clients who desire it, drawing from both professional training and theological insight. Being clinically trained, I also work comfortably with those who come from different or no faith backgrounds.
