Hi, I’m Steve. I believe effective therapy is built on collaboration between you and your therapist. Together, we work to understand what’s standing in the way of your growth and healing, and identify what you may need to release in order to feel more grounded, empowered, and fulfilled. My practice is designed to support adults facing a range of challenges, including trauma, anxiety, and anger, as well as relationship difficulties, occupational stress, and life transitions such as divorce, loss, or career change.
