Welcome! I'm a licensed psychologist providing collaborative and individualized therapy for adults. I work effectively with people from a variety of backgrounds on a range of issues, including stress, anxiety, depression, insomnia, ADHD, relationship and identity concerns, interpersonal trauma, men's issues, and disordered eating. I'm dedicated to helping my clients deepen their self-understanding, manage a loss or crisis, or learn more effective ways of responding to chronic challenges. I also have extensive experience providing psychological services for graduate and undergraduate college students.
