Hi there! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, with services available in-person in Fremont County, and virtually throughout Wyoming. I work with patients on a wide variety of struggles, however I specialize in working with issues related to ADHD, trauma, relationships, anxiety and depression. As a veteran and former first responder, I also specialize in working with the unique needs of those that serve(d) our community. I have a strong commitment to social justice, and I work regularly with members of the LGBTQIA2S+, BIPOC and non-traditional spiritual communities. Services are available to individuals, couples, and families. My approach to therapy is largely informal and collaborative, with warmth, empathy, and genuineness. I utilize a variety of approaches when working with patients, however my primary orientation is Jungian and psychodynamic. I work regularly with community partners to offer a variety of services, including group therapy and medication management.
