My years of experience working in community mental health, substance abuse and co- occurring treatment, as well as outpatient therapy enables me to help clients navigate complex situations. I am passionate about helping my clients heal. I help guide individuals and families through the process of healing through action and purpose oriented body and mind activities that allow you to become the man or woman you were meant to be - Comfortable in your own skin.
