It can be difficult for us to reach out and seek help. We often feel it can be daunting to know where to begin. You may feel stuck in old patterns of thoughts and behaviors and frustrated that you can't escape, trapped in your mind. You may feel hopeless because conversations with your partner seem to always end up in conflict. You may feel that like most people have "it figured out" and you don't have a place or a purpose. These are frustrating and frightening places to be. If only there was a way to make sense of these (and more) experiences, to truely experience peace and healing. My passion is working with teens, adults and couples to help understand and navigate their feelings of anxiety, grief, guilt, shame, anger, depression and symptoms of trauma. I am a Christian counselor and can offer, at my client's request, biblical insight to compliment the therapeutic. Ultimately my desire is to meet you where you are at.
