I provide individual counseling to adults experiencing concerns related to trauma, anxiety, men’s issues, depression, stress, perinatal mental health, athletics, grief, and relationship issues. I have worked in the mental health field in various ways since 2014, including a practicum with a university counseling center, an internship with a hospital’s Employee Assistance Program, and more than four years in group private practice. I am passionate about helping clients from all backgrounds reach their goals and improve their overall quality of life. My approach is highly collaborative, and I aim to help clients build increased self-awareness and insight, while using evidence-based cognitive-behavioral approaches to facilitate change and growth.
