Maybe if there was a place you could just unpack or make sense of your struggles and stressors there could be some relief. It's my goal to provide a safe and judgement free environment where you have the space and security for you to work in the more sensitive or "touchy" areas of your life. I work with adults and Veterans of all ages navigating addiction, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, or simply feelings of listlessness or anxiety in the challenges of everyday life.
