Relationships can be challenging and complex. I offer individual and couples therapy from a relational context. The approach to individual therapy I use is unique in that I don't just treat you, the individual; I also focus on the relational dynamics at play in your home, workplace, and personal life that contribute to your mental health concerns and your emotional wellbeing. In couples therapy I focus on the relationship itself with benefits to the individuals involved ensuing rather than being pursued.
