My first goal in therapy is to make you feel welcome, safe, and understood. The second is to provide you with the support and perspective to take a look at where you're getting stuck and figure out a plan to make things go more smoothly. While I work with a wide range of people, my specialty is treating Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder and related conditions, including Hoarding, Body Dysmorphic Disorder (BDD), skin-picking, hair-pulling (Trichotillomania), and Health Anxiety.
