Hi; I’m Steven; a Licensed Professional Counselor dedicated to helping clients work through a variety of mental health concerns including anxiety; depression; relationship and family challenges; school stress; and behavioral concerns. My approach is grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and informed by psychodynamic principles to support meaningful self-exploration and long-lasting growth. My goal is to create a supportive; nonjudgmental space where you feel empowered to become your healthiest; most authentic self.
