I enjoy meeting with a diverse array of clients. I believe that what makes therapy effective is being able to tap into who you are and using that to reach your goals. I currently work with adults on a variety of issues including anxiety and depression, expression of emotions, relationship issues, communication skills, LGBTQIA+ and identity exploration, college/graduate school and work/life balance, career and life transitions, grief and loss, and parenting challenges.
