Everyone needs someone to talk to sometimes. I've been in practice for 15 years. I work with a variety of clients and situations, treating depression, anxiety, adjustment-related issues, loss, lonliness, and other concerns. My approach encompasses cognitive, psychodynamic, and spiritual orientations, depending on one's needs. My method seeks to be gentle, yet goal-directed. Couple's Therapy is a particular area of interest, as is Dream Work.
