My focus is to provide support for my clients so they can find healing and identify their inner strengths. I achieve this by providing a safe, "neutral" space, making my clients feel comfortable, listening to their concerns, identifying rooted issues, and helping them process their feelings to foster growth in their lives. I provide various strategies for processing trauma in addition to using traditional talk therapy, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I will support you in every stage of your healing journey! I am LGBTQ affirming and I am open minded to all walks of life and relationship choices. I'm not here to judge in any way, and my sessions are "Judgement-Free Zones." I focus on relational systems and assist each client in creating mindfulness in their choices. I also work on identifying generational patterns that contribute to behaviors and patterns.
