I provide compassionate and professional counseling services to my clients. I help individuals, children, couples and families on a variety of issues. If you need help with Trauma, relationships, addictions or just every day life issues I’m here for you. I have helped men , women and children. I use multiple theories in my office practice and over telehealth. We will use the approach that will help you the most, whether it be Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma focused Therapy or just being present and reflecting while listening to your story. We will learn to manage life‘s issues together.
