Flexible daytime/evening sessions are available. I have years of varied experience working with people living with the effects of trauma, ADHD/ADD, depression, anxiety, and grief. Through conversation and evidence based practices we can find your direction and begin moving forward. Talk, creative expression, physical activity, and mindfulness are all options in therapy but it's about finding what connects best with you. Also a long time yoga and meditation instructor, my office offers access to a yoga studio. If you need to sit and talk, we can sit and talk. If you need to move and talk, we can do that.
